Formed in the winter of 2010 by Matt Balikian (drums) and Phil Milia (guitar & vox), The Transmission NOW set out to craft melodic rock songs with power and edge. Ben Stephens (bass) and Chris Benner (guitar), of Hopeless Records band Digger, were recruited and the band recorded the "White NIght" EP. Upon Benner’s departure, Matt Gregorec (Digger, Sound of Reverse) joined on guitar.
